WHAT IS IT?
The Book Fair is an annual event run by PACE as part of the UWC Community Fair. Funds raised from the Book Fair go directly to support our Local Service programs. Books are collected from the school community and a bookshop is set up in the Heritage Cafe for all to peruse and select some classics or discover something new!
Sadly, due to COVID, the Community Fair was canceled. Hopefully, it will be back again for the 2022-23 school year as will the Book Fair. So save up those gently used, good condition books to donate! Keep an eye out for the request for donations in the e-Brief.
This event was vital in allowing PACE to continue to help children to access education by raising enough funds to build a Middle School in Myanmar and to run the PACE overseas Nutrition Programme for scholars in the Philippines.
